While working with clients, we’re constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, We`ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed below, get in touch and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you have any guarantee that my visa will be successfully approved?
If the client provides all the necessary information required for the application, we make every effort - based on the provided information - to assess the application for its reasonable prospects of a successful visa approval. However, please note that the final decision lies solely with INZ, and as such, we cannot provide any guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding the approval of visa.
How much does a visa application cost & how much is your service fee?
Different visa types have different application fee which can change time to time. We can provide you the most current information depending on your visa application. Our service fee is hourly based which we record, the hourly rate is $100.00.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can send a complaint to IAA directly, however we do all our best to avoid this situation. Please also refer to our Internal Complaint Procedure and the Code of Conduct 2014 which is provided to you along with our service agreement.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
What is an Open Work Visa?
It allows the holder to work for any employer in New Zealand. These types of work visa do not require an offer of employment at the application stage, but are only available to specific applicants applying under the following categories:
My job details are changing with a work visa. What do I need to do?
If any of your job details change, your visa conditions must be changed as well for you to continue to work lawfully. Depending on what has changed about your job, you may need to request a variation of conditions on your existing visa or you may need to apply for a new work visa.
I'm working in NZ. How can I have my family with me?
To join you in New Zealand, your partner and dependent children must obtain visas of their own to come to New Zealand. Depending on the type and duration of work visa you hold your partner may be able to obtain a visitor visa to remain in New Zealand with you.
What is a Working Holiday Visa?
Working Holiday Visas are available to young people to travel and work in New Zealand for 6, 12 or 23 months, depending on your country’s scheme. New Zealand has Working Holiday Scheme agreements with many countries, each with its own specific conditions. Working Holiday Visa conditions determine work rights in months.
Is there an English exam required?
English language requirements vary depending on what type of application you are making. It is always best to check the specific visa type that you intend applying for to see what the English requirements are for that specific visa.
Can I use certified copies?
From 8 May 2017 onwards, with paper based visa application you can provide a certified copy of your passport. It is the copy of the biodata page with your photo, name, date of birth and identity details are displayed. With online visa application original documents can be scanned into your online application, however you may still be required to send it in for verification purposes. Certified copies must be stamped or endorsed as true copies of the originals by a person authorized by law to take statutory declarations in your country.
